Kettle Brook Care Center has been my home for the past seven years. Years ago during WWII when
I was in the Army Air Corp, I loved giving out candy to the children overseas. I still love to
give out candy to children who visit here at Kettle Brook. And, the staff loves it too. I like
to sit by the front lobby and watch people come and go. Here at Kettle Brook Care Center I was
the resident council president for over three years. I guess most people still think of me as
"go to" and "candy" man! I've always loved talking and working with people. I get to do that
here and it is nice to still feel involved in the world around me. Kettle Brook Care Center
is my home. The people here are nice and I'm treated well.

like you are at home. The view from my room is beautiful enough for an artist to paint.
